Update:

Water was restored to all affected residents at 7:15 pm. The contractor that was responsible for hitting the customer service line was also responsible for the repairs. The district’s involvement only included isolating the valves to shut down the main for the contractor to make the necessary repairs.

Water service will be interrupted due to contractor damage to a customer owned water line at 8264 W. Polk Place.

• 25 residents will be affected by the emergency shut off.
• Water outage is estimated to last until 6 pm.
